Welcome to my new website! I am a holistic therapist based and around Carlisle, Cumbria. I have qualifications in Swedish body massage, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, reiki, Hopi ear candling, reflexology, holistic facials and teaching. Any of the treatments are the first steps to healing yourself. All the treatments help to bring the mind, body and spirit closer together, to work in harmony as a whole.
Relaxation is promoted during all treatments with the help of soothing music, soft lighting and aromatherapy oils if possible.
I have also attended courses on hand reflexology, the Alexander technique, introduction to crystals workshop, remedial massage, angel workshops and more recently the emotional freedom technique, which I now use on my courses.
I teach relaxation courses which include meditation, Indian head massage, reflexology, and an introduction to holistic therapies which contain many of my treatments on one course. I teach to groups throughout Cumbria, and to people with mental health problems.
I have worked for the Lisa Bertoletti Fund since April 2005, giving treatments to clients with mental health problems. This is due to expand soon, and I hope to introduce carers and staff to the treatment list.
